Governs all services and consultations by CyberHorizon.

Scope
- Applies to all services (consultation, engineering, infrastructure, security, Dockloft, etc.).
- If an MSA/SOW/Change Order exists, it prevails in that order.
- Data Processing (GDPR) is governed by a separate DPA.
- All scheduling and times are in UTC.
Consultation Pricing
Base: 10,000 HUF / 15 minutes. Minimum booking: 60 minutes. Minimum per area: 30 minutes. Expected: ~60 minutes per area.

Booking & Payments
Prepayment Deadlines
- Video: 1 day prior
- In-person (HU): 1 week prior
- In-person (≤500km): 2 weeks prior
- In-person (EU): 3 weeks prior
- In-person (Outside EU): 4 weeks prior
If unpaid by the deadline: automatic cancellation. If settled within 3 days after deadline: booking reinstated with +25% upcharge.
Lead Times (minimum to book)
Cancellation / Reschedule / No-Show
- Cancellation: If cancelled before minimum lead time → 50% refund. Inside lead time → no refund.
- Reschedule: Allowed only before the minimum lead time. Each reschedule adds a cumulative upcharge (Video: +10% per change; In-person: +25% per change). Inside lead time → double the respective upcharge.
- No-Show: >5 minutes late → no refund.
- Credit: 50% of consultation fees credited against the project SOW if signed within 30 days.
Payments
- Invoice currency: HUF / EUR / USD (displayed; Stripe charges in your preferred currency after you notify us).
- Prices are nettó. 27% Hungarian VAT applies where applicable.
- Payment methods: Stripe (card) or bank transfer.
- Upfront: consultation fee (+ travel deposit if in-person). Pre-invoice and final invoice will be sent.
Legal Terms
Confidentiality & NDA
All meetings are covered by NDA and treated as Business Secrets. A universal NDA will be executed prior to any exchange. No party may disclose the engagement or its contents without mutual written agreement.
Recording
No recordings by client in any form or medium. CyberHorizon records for internal quality and verification; a written summary will be provided.
Authorization & Testing
Any activity that could impact client systems requires prior written consent and sufficient access to perform backups and restorations. CyberHorizon is not responsible for business outage during tests, backups, or restores.
IP & Usage
Consultation materials, notes, and outputs are the intellectual property of CyberHorizon. Client content shown by the client remains the client’s IP. For services beyond consultation, ownership and licensing are defined in the SOW; pre-existing IP remains with each party.
Warranties & Liability
Consultations are provided “as-is,” best-effort, with no guarantees. CyberHorizon is liable only if it issues a written formal admission of fault. Excludes indirect or consequential damages. Liability cap is the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Compliance
CyberHorizon may refuse or cancel any booking to comply with sanctions, export controls, AML/KYC, or other legal obligations.
Payments & FX
Client may request billing in HUF, EUR, or USD. Displayed values are in all three currencies; internal conversion factors are applied for calculation only. Rounding: 1,000 HUF / 10 EUR / 10 USD.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power/network outages, natural disasters, war, civil disorder, acts of government, epidemics, labor disputes, or supplier failure.
Precedence & Updates
Order of precedence: MSA > SOW/Change Orders > these T&Cs. Previous versions are archived with dates. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
All scheduling and timestamps are in UTC. Working hours are 10:00–20:00 UTC. After-hours and weekend multipliers apply.
