Scope

  • Applies to all data processed through contact forms and consultation bookings.
  • Does not apply to anonymised analytics or aggregated operational metrics.
  • Processing for other systems (e.g. Dockloft, vendors) is covered by separate DPAs.

Scope of Data Processing

  • Contact forms: name, email, message contents, and metadata used for correspondence and record-keeping.
  • Consultation bookings: name, email, company (if applicable), session details, payment reference (via Stripe).
  • Vendor data (where applicable): contact and payment details stored until contract termination + 5 years.

Purpose of Processing

  • Communication and customer correspondence
  • Service fulfillment and delivery of consultations
  • Invoicing, taxation, and accounting compliance
  • Compliance with Hungarian and EU legal obligations
  • Security monitoring and fraud prevention

Data may be stored longer if required by legal or regulatory obligations.

Third-Party Processors

CyberHorizon minimises the use of external processors. Only the following applies:

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — for processing online payments and managing vendor transactions.

Stripe’s own privacy policy governs data handled by Stripe. CyberHorizon does not store card data or full payment details locally.

Data Subject Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access (Art. 15)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20)
  • Right to object (Art. 21)
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH)

Right to erasure (Art. 17) does not apply where retention is required by law (e.g., accounting, contractual evidence).
