About us

Our approach

Fast.Secure.Money well spent.

We care about how quickly software is delivered, how quickly it responds, and how much work it saves you. Security and quality belong in the same conversation as cost.

Our priorities

Where we put our effort.

Speed you can feel.

Fast delivery matters. So does an application that responds as soon as you use it. We aim for everyday interactions to take less than a second, and look for the cause when they take longer.

For longer tasks, we design clear progress feedback and keep the interface usable. Performance is something to measure and improve.

Security from the start.

Permissions, data handling, and the operating environment influence the design from the first decisions. We account for how the system will be used and what needs protecting.

The budget can change the scope. It still needs to cover the protection required for what we deliver.

Websites people can find and use.

For public websites, SEO belongs alongside loading speed and usability. Content structure and technical implementation need to help both visitors and search engines understand the site.

We consider search visibility during development. Rankings also depend on content, competition, and ongoing work.

Complexity has to earn its place.

We have seen unnecessary meetings, excessive management, complicated architectures, and disproportionately expensive cloud services consume budgets. Every tool and layer should have a clear reason to be there.

We optimise the workflow as well as the software. Infrastructure should fit the actual workload and operating needs.

Automation in practice

A recurring task became a tool they could use themselves.

A client asked us to prepare specialised files for a recurring workflow. We looked at what would make that work easier over time.

The request

Prepare the files for us whenever we need them.

What we built

A tool tailored to their workflow, so they could prepare the files themselves.

They no longer needed us for that task. That is a useful outcome: less manual work, less recurring cost, and more independence.

What drives us

Curiosity continues after the project.

We enjoy figuring out how things work, how far they can go, and how to make them better.

Our CEO’s hobbies include solving mathematical problems through code, experimenting with embedded systems, and building operating systems for fun. Some experiments become proofs of concept for company work. Others begin simply because the problem is interesting.

Our sales colleagues handle commercial discussions. Our CEO focuses on technical quality and understanding what we deliver to clients. That understanding is the basis of our competence; the quality of the finished work is what builds our reputation.

  • Rewriting slow software in C++
  • Building games and game engines
  • Developing simulation software, including finite element and aerodynamic solvers

That curiosity shapes our work: we investigate bottlenecks, test ideas, and keep refining the implementation. On a client project, we choose technology to fit the task, the budget, and the people who will maintain it.

Working together

Clear expectations. Practical decisions.

Our project process

Build what the budget can support.

If the full idea is out of reach today, we look for a useful first stage. We agree on what can launch now and what can follow when the budget allows, while keeping the next stage in mind.

Ownership and maintenance are agreed together.

You can own the parts agreed in the contract. A broader handover costs more and changes our support responsibilities. Parts you take over, including source code, become your responsibility to keep up to date. Further support can be arranged separately at an hourly rate.

We are direct about problems.

When we identify a mistake, we tell you promptly and discuss the correction and an appropriate way to make it right. We listen to disagreements and work within the contract. If we cannot responsibly stand behind a requested solution, we explain why and refer you elsewhere.

Our technical boundaries are clear.

We do not undertake PHP or WordPress development. If that is what your project needs, we will refer you to someone who works with those technologies.

A good fit

Ready to make something better?

We work well with ambitious small and medium-sized businesses that want to modernise, save money, and are open to a better way of doing things. Tell us where you want to get to.
